• From 1953 to 1995, the administration was divided between the sons of Mario Williams: Rinaldo, John and Mario Evaldo Albuquerque Mello

• In 1995, Rinaldo Albuquerque company sells its shares of the company.

• From 1995 to 2003, the administration is conducted by Evaldo A. Mello and his three sons, Mario Neto Williams, Glynne Williams and Evaldo Williams

• The three sons of Evaldo A. Mello acquired in September 2003, the actions of their uncle, John Mario Albuquerque, and became the sole shareholders and directors of the company, to date
