After meeting yesterday (Feb. 1st) held with Port Authority (Dock Co.) between ABTL (Executive Board), the Piers 3 and 4 WILL NOT BE INTERDICTED.

Also was defined that we will installed stair of access to the “Dolphins” so that a second mooring option can be used.
Such emergency services will start today (Feb. 02nd, 2012) to be followed closely by Codesp Engineers, Ultracargo and Stolt terminals, expected to be concluded within 48 hours.
The others issues discussed yesterday (Feb. 01st) between the members involved will be duly informed after the meeting with the President of Codesp which will be held on Feb. 07th, 2012 at 11:00hrs L.T. in order to make future decisions.
