As just officially announced by HARBOR MASTER, the draft at section n. 3 of SANTOS port has been increased as follows resulting from deepening dredging works which have been happening locally:
- Low tide = 13.20 m. (at zero tide) / High tide = 14.20 m. (at tide of 1 meter)
P.S.: Before, it was 11,20 m. during low tide (at zero tide) and 12,20 m. during high tide (at tide of 1 meter).
FYI, section n. 3 of Santos port comprise the area between sheds n. 25 and 6.
Useful to point out that such area is within the range of COPERSUCAR, RUMO and T12A (Noble) terminals. BUT, it is also essential to highlight that just the draft of the keel of Santos harbor access canal has been deepened i.e. it is missing the evolution basins (area/place between the keel of the canal and the piers) enabling Ships to leave with deeper drafts than 12,20 m. during high tide of at least 1 meter.
Therefore, please be guided accordingly.
